I think it would be very scary to have to wake up to blaring sirens because, there was going to be an air raid. If i was a little girl during the air raids i would be very scared every time those air raid sirens went off.

It would be extremely scary to hear the wailing of the sirens. You would not know what is going to happen next. All you know is that you need to take cover. Planes are going down in flames and there are aerial attacks taking place all around you.

I think that it was have been very frightening at first, because you didn't have an EXACT idea of what was going on, but after awhile, you would not notice it as much as you did before. It would just become a constant background noise.

Air Raids, I think, would be extremely frightening. The first time, I think it would be beyond chaotic but as time went on, I would think it would seem as normal as a tornado/fire drill. Also, I read a little bit more on the link rather than just the air raid and I was completely taken aback by how children were evacuated and i would find that unbeleivable for the simple fact that, had it been me, I may never see my family again.

People had to learn to live with the fear of being bombed at any time. It could be when your sleeping or at work. It could be as your going about "business as usual".

I learned thta Germany was also being bombed in World War 2. I had only known that Germany's enemies were being bombed.

I thin that it would be very frightening to hear the loud sirens and you wouldn't know what was going on or what was going to happen next.

I think that the more often you hear sirens the closer you would be to the end of the war. while the fear of being bombed overwhelms me i think the more sirens the better simply for the fact the war is nearing end

I think that it would be scary to hear the sirens and never know if the enemy were going to drop a bomb on you or not. You never know if you would have cover near you or not.

It would be scary to be up in the middle of the night and hear the sound of bombers in the distance being afraid that the Germans could possibly bomb were you are and then you could and would die
